What Surf Trader is

Surf Trader is a listings marketplace. We help buyers find surfboards offered by surf shops, shapers, manufacturers and individuals. We don't own, inspect or sell the boards, and we aren't a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers arrange price, payment, pickup and shipping directly.

Your account

Keep your login details private and your contact information accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. One seller account per person or business.

Listing rules

• List only boards and gear you have the right to sell, with honest descriptions, real photos and accurate condition.
• No stolen, counterfeit or illegal items, and no misleading prices or bait listings.
• Mark boards as sold or pause them when they're no longer available.
• We may review, edit for formatting, decline or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Fees

Listing is free during launch. If we introduce paid plans or features, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and free listing for private sellers will be clearly described.

Liability

Surf Trader is provided as is. We aren't responsible for the condition, safety or legality of boards listed, the accuracy of listings, or the conduct of buyers and sellers, to the extent the law allows.
